Replacing your windshield can be extremely frustrating. Whether the damage was a result of a rock or debris nicking the glass while on the road, an unexpected storm or vandalism, it creates an inconvenience of time and finances. Auto Glass on the Go understands and we have created a seamless process to restore the safety of your vehicle while taking the headaches out of the experience. In order to provide you with the highest quality glass at a fraction of the cost, Auto Glass on the Go uses OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) Windshields. Purchasing an OEE windshield is like going to an individual mechanic versus the dealership. You get the same services with the same level of expertise and quality but pay a fraction the cost.
OEE Windshields
· Created by the same manufacturers as original windshield
· Made to the same standards as OEM Windshields
· Do not have logos on original windshield
· Much more cost effective
OEM Windshields
· Made by the same companies that manufactured your original windshield
· Have the matching logo that is on your current windshield
· Generally, not covered by insurance unless your vehicle is less than 2 years old
· Can be as high as 100% more than OEE Glass
With today’s technology, the quality of your windshield will be the same whether you chose an OEM of OEE windshield. All auto glass manufactures are required to pass government standards when producing auto glass and windshields. All the manufacturers we use for our OEE auto glass meet or exceed NHSTA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. While there is not a difference in the quality of glass you are receiving, we understand that the type of windshield you select will depend on your personal preferences and/or budget. We understand that while the reasons may differ, our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your decision.

For repair to be an option, the chip must be no larger than a quarter and a crack should be no longer than a dollar bill. We are unable to repair a chip or crack that has been repaired previously, or if the damage is on the drivers side of the windshield.
