The replacement of your windscreen takes roughly an hour and you are only required to be present to meet the technician to let them into you vehicle. Once your windshield replacement has been completed you can either pay the technician directly or provide your credit card number to one of our customer service representatives over the phone. After your windscreen replacement has been completed, you will only need to wait an hour before getting out on the road again. All of our windshield replacements come with a Lifetime Warranty which covers any leaking and defects in workmanship and glass.

The windshield is a crucial piece to the ADAS functionality due to the cues being delivered via a multi-function camera mounted behind the windshield. If the wrong windshield is installed or installation is done incorrectly, there is a potential for the ADAS to fail which can result in an unnecessary collision. All of our Safe-Tech certified technicians are extensively trained on the proper installation of windshields with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. It is important to know whether or not your vehicle has an ADAS and what functions your car, truck, van or SUV has. If our technicians arrive at your location with the incorrect windshield, they will reschedule the installation till after the correct windshield has been obtained. Repair or Replacement
For repair to be an option, the chip must be no larger than a quarter and a crack should be no longer than a dollar bill. We are unable to repair a chip or crack that has been repaired previously, or if the damage is on the driver's side of the windshield.
